Very grateful Custom Deluxe Windows replaced our windows! These windows are as good as we hoped. We live not far from a very noisy area and the soundproofing is very good. The installation was the most impressive part.
When Tony and the others arrived (I didn’t catch their names), they told us everything that installation would entail. Then, they did just what they said. There were no surprises. These windows were replacing windows that we’d had installed just three years ago by another local company. That company had left all kinds of damage during installation, much of it hidden behind window blinds and other places we didn’t find for a while. When we’d reached out to that other company, they never got back to us. We just hid the damage as best we could.
Custom Deluxe Windows was the opposite. Their installation was professional at every step. We are very happy with our new windows.
I contacted CDW after I saw an ad online. They scheduled me for a free estimate in my house. That estimate seemed fair to me. The worker, Doug, schedule a measurement appointment with me very quickly afterwards. The windows had to be manufactured for my home, but, when they were, CDW made it easy to schedule the installation around my travel.
The crew from CDW arrived at the time we agreed upon. They properly started work. Doug, Tony, and some other works whose names I did not know, replaced all of our windows in just a day. We were pleasantly surprised. They took down our windows and installed the new ones in just a few hours.
The entire process was very professional and efficient. It has only been a few days, but already I don’t have to run the AC unit as hard nor as cold as I did to achieve the same indoor temperature. Five stars.

Tony and CDW were the only company that I felt I could trust with my windows. Seven different window companies I spoke to. Each tried upselling something I didn’t need and didn’t want. Tony told me what he thought I should get. I told him what I wanted. He said they could do that and they would manufacture it for me then install it. Nothing else.

The crew that installed the windows did so quickly. I did not get all of their names as they were done in a few hours. I don’t anticipate replacing my windows again any time soon, but if I do, I will use their services again.
Custom Deluxe Windows replaced our patio french doors and the windows in our front room. The patio doors had just worn down too much over the years. We were getting dust and sand in.
