PRE INSTALLER INSPECTOR
Location: Chatsworth
Custom Deluxe Windows is located within the heart of the San Fernando Valley in the city of Chatsworth. Custom Deluxe Windows has establish itself as a leader in quality and performance in the window and door manufacturing industry.
We offer high quality vinyl Custom Windows, Patio Doors, French Doors, Arch Windows and many more in a variety of colors and finishes. We install windows that enable our customers to control their energy costs and experience peace of mind for years to come.
The company strives to create and honest and helpful working environment, where every employee can dedicate themselves to providing our customers with exceptional workmanship, outstanding service, and professional integrity.

We are looking for an honest and independent person with proficient construction knowledge and writing skills. The position entails visiting job sites throughout southern California meeting with customers to take measurements at the job sites.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a professional and polite manner
- Go over details of the project
- Take final cut measurements for production
- Inspect job site of all construction that is related to the project
- Have homeowner sign any documents as needed
- Take pics
- Generate a pre – installation report of company’s new projects
Qualifications:
- Must have basic construction knowledge, and be able to use measurement tape.
- Must have reliable transportation (Fuel efficient vehicle is a plus)

Our headquarters are located within the heart of the San Fernando Valley in the city of Chatsworth. We offer high quality vinyl Custom Windows, Patio Doors, French Doors, Arch Windows and many more in a variety of colors and finishes. We install windows that are enable our customers to control their energy costs and experience peace of mind for years to come.

We are looking for an experienced installer for windows and doors with some experience in retrofit and new construction.
Installers must have truck, tools, and current driver’s license and be ready to start immediately.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform a high quality from beginning to end installation to customers.
- Be knowledgeable on the product we offer to ensure a smooth and seamless measure and install.
- Communicate and collaborate regularly with management while in the field.
- Act as the liaison between the customer and the sales rep to communicate any issues, which may occur during installation of product.
- Leave a lasting impression with our customers by demonstrating to the customer how to use the product before leaving the job site.
- Provide exemplary customer service to CDW customer.
- Use personal judgment and initiative to develop effective solutions to challenges and obstacles pertaining to the installation of product.
Requirements:
- Able to provide pictures of work in progress or completed.
- Have the ability to self-manage
- Have experience and knowledge of hand tools and measure tape
- Must be punctual and reliable

SERVICE TECHNICIAN
Location: Santa Clara, CA
Full Time
Hours: 6:00am – 2:30pm – Flexible Hours depending Service

We are looking for Service Technician for windows and doors with customer service and construction experience (Preferred) ready to start immediately!
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Performing maintenance on product malfunctions or defects for former customers.
- Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches.
- Tie workflow to schedule.
- Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions.
- Follow all company’s filed procedures and protocols.
- Cooperate with technical team and share information directly to immediate supervisor.
- Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings
- Build positive relationships with customers
- Provide professional customer service.
Installation NorCal areas to be covered: (Company provides the gas)
- North: To Santa Rosa area
- East: From Sacramento to Modesto
- South: To Monterrey
Skills and Qualifications
- Valid Driver license
- Experience on manufacturing, material handle, customer service.
- Proficient in Metric system
